Terms of Service
These terms explain how CapeShop purchases, accounts, digital codes, support, and refunds work. By using CapeShop or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Effective date: June 30, 2026

Definitions
"CapeShop", "we", "us", and "our" mean the CapeShop website and store. "You" and "customer" mean any visitor, account holder, or buyer using CapeShop.
"Website" means capeshop.net and any CapeShop pages, dashboards, checkout flows, support pages, or related services. "Product" means a digital cape code, preorder, delivery item, or related digital product listed for sale on CapeShop.
"Code" means a redeemable digital code or similar digital entitlement delivered after purchase. "Order" means a purchase request submitted through CapeShop, whether completed immediately or fulfilled later as a preorder.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Make sure your email address and login details are accurate so we can deliver order information and support responses.
You may not use CapeShop for fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized access, automated scraping, or any activity that interferes with the site or other customers.
Products and availability
CapeShop sells digital cape codes and related digital delivery items. Listings, stock, prices, descriptions, sale type, and availability may change at any time.
All orders are subject to acceptance, fraud checks, payment confirmation, and stock validation. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order when needed. If we cancel an order before delivery, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution.
Payment and delivery
Payments are handled through Stripe. CapeShop does not store full card details. Digital codes are delivered through the account, email, dashboard, Discord support, or another support flow shown during checkout.
You are responsible for redeeming codes on the correct Minecraft account. We cannot reverse a code once it has been redeemed on an account.
Refunds and replacements
Because CapeShop sells digital products, purchases are final once a working code has been delivered. We cannot refund an order because a customer changed their mind, bought the wrong item, redeemed the code on the wrong account, or no longer wants the product after delivery.
If a code is invalid, already redeemed before delivery, duplicated, defective, or otherwise cannot be redeemed through no fault of the customer, contact support with your order details and proof of the issue. After verification, we will provide a replacement code at no additional cost where possible.
If we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time, we will refund the price paid for the affected product. This does not apply after a working code has been delivered and successfully redeemed.
For the full refund review process, preorder handling, proof requirements, and support steps, read our Refund Policy.
If there is a delivery issue, payment issue, or suspected mistake, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or through our Discord.
Preorders
Some items may be sold as preorders. The expected delivery date or delivery window will be shown on the product page or during checkout when available. Delivery estimates can change if supply, verification, or platform availability changes.
If we cannot fulfill a preorder within the listed delivery window, you may request a refund for that preorder unless you choose to keep waiting.
Promotional code sources
Some cape codes sold on CapeShop may come from third-party promotions, events, giveaways, campaigns, or limited distributions. CapeShop is an independent reseller and is not sponsored, approved, operated by, or officially connected to Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, event organizers, promotion hosts, or distribution partners.
Customers understand that promotional codes may be affected by promotion-specific terms, event rules, provider policies, platform rules, or distribution restrictions. Those rules can differ between promotions and may not always be clearly communicated or consistently enforced.
CapeShop does not guarantee that a promotion provider will approve of resale or that future policy changes will not affect similar codes. Our responsibility is limited to delivering a valid, working code at the time of delivery, subject to the replacement and refund terms above.
Minecraft affiliation
CapeShop is not affiliated with Mojang, Minecraft, or Microsoft. All names, marks, and related references belong to their respective owners.
Intellectual property
CapeShop does not claim ownership of Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, official Minecraft cape designs, official cape names, trademarks, game assets, or any related intellectual property owned by their respective rights holders.
CapeShop owns or licenses the original parts of this website and store presentation, including our site copy, branding, layout, product presentation, edited images, promotional graphics, custom artwork, and other original creative materials unless stated otherwise.
Some product visuals may use publicly available, user-provided, or open-source cape texture references. CapeShop only claims rights in its own edits, formatting, presentation, and original creative work. You may not copy, repost, sell, or reuse CapeShop content without written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our store, products, payment flow, support process, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
By continuing to use CapeShop or placing an order after an update is posted, you accept the updated terms from that date forward.
